Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing RetireOS, provided by Hyperparameter Technologies LLP. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products and Keys

RetireOS Pro is a digital upgrade to the web application, and access to its premium features is granted via a unique, non-revocable digital license key. Because digital goods cannot be physically "returned" and the license key is immediately provisioned upon a successful transaction, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and the license key has been generated and sent to you.

We highly encourage all users to utilize the free "RetireOS Lite" version of RetireOS to fully evaluate the software's capabilities, calculations, and suitability for their needs prior to purchasing the Pro version.

3. Cancellations

As the product is a one-time purchase for a permanent software license (and not a recurring subscription), cancellation of services does not apply once the initial transaction is complete.

4. Defective or Undelivered Keys

In the highly unlikely event that you complete a purchase but do not receive your license key due to a technical error, or if the license key provided is defective and cannot be activated, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, manually issue a replacement license key at no additional cost.
