Welcome to RetireOS, a software product developed and operated by Hyperparameter Technologies LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing, accessing, or using RetireOS (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Upon purchasing a license key, Hyperparameter Technologies LLP grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

2. Digital Product Nature

RetireOS is a digital software product. Due to the nature of the Software and the irreversible delivery of the digital license key, all sales are considered final once the key is generated and provided.

3. User Data & Privacy

The Software runs on your device and utilizes end-to-end encryption to sync your data to our secure cloud. Your master encryption key (MEK) never leaves your device unencrypted, ensuring that we do not have access to read your financial data, profiles, or scenarios. Your data remains strictly under your control.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, including without limitation all code, UI designs, logos, and features, are owned by Hyperparameter Technologies LLP and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Software.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Hyperparameter Technologies LLP does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted, nor do we offer financial advice. The calculations provided by the Software are for informational planning purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Hyperparameter Technologies LLP be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, data, or financial losses arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Software.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
